Glazed ceramic - each handful contains one curly (spiral or loop), one black one, and 4 other assorted colours. Some are porcelain and some are stoneware. Artist-grade!
These are tender portraits of worms made by a worm-lover. Did you know worms can live to be eight years old?
Folks tell me they put these in their houseplants, terrariums, shrines, move them around every day, prank their loved ones...I really like the playfulness these bring out in adults.
The packing material is wood shavings, so compost it or use as garden mulch.
For ceramic nerds, they are fired in a high-fire reduction kiln and the glazes are oribe, celadon, praseodymium green, ash green, black gloss, manganese tan.
