Soda-fired porcelain pitcher with dogs inspired by medieval floor tiles - is it the same dog chasing itself, or a whole pack of hounds?
One side glassy and smoky from the soda and the other side more sheltered - I was very pleased with how the drawing shifted throughout the firing.

Care and feeding: Always a good idea with handmade items to not pour boiling water directly into your cup - temper with a little warm water first (also called "mothering") to reduce shock.
